Parking Incentives
Under Florida’s SB 102 (Live Local Act) and its 2024 update
(SB 328), projects that dedicate at least 40% of units to
affordable/workforce housing can benefit from parking requirement reductions —
in some cases up to 80% elimination compared to Miami 21.
